The Alchemist Immortalized As ‘Breaking Bad’-Style Action Figure
The Alchemist has been immortalized as a Breaking Bad-inspired action figure.
Trap Toys have place with each other a figure of the veteran producer dressed as the iconic Walter White from Breaking Bad, combining his “Alan the Chemist” nickname and Bryan Cranston’s meth-cooking character.
The Alchemist is depicted wearing White’s yellow hazmat suit along with headphones and blue gloves, although the packaging reads: “Cooking up the purist!”
Each typical version of the figurine, dubbed “Alc Heisenberg,” will expense $190, with signed versions setting fans back $320.
In an Instagram post providing fans a superior appear at his toy self, Alc praised Trap Toys’ interest to detail and excellent of craftsmanship.
“Introducing my first collab with TRAP TOYS : ALC HEISENBERG aka ‘THE ONE WHO KNOCKS’ Standard edition of x60 (£150/$190) plus x25 signed variants (£250/$320). Available at 12 NOON EST THURSDAY THE 30th from TRAPTOYS.COM,” he wrote.
“I’ve always been a big fan of @traptoys so when they reached out to do something it was automatic. The detail and time they put into their craft is insane, & in my opinion what sets them apart from all the rest. Get one thursday!!!! Thx to the Trap Toys team.”
Trap Toys, for their element, touched on the “hard work” that went into generating the collaboration with The Alchemist and praised him for his patience.
“Official collab with @alanthechemist! This has been cookin’ ever since we dropped ‘Action Hero”’ way back in 2018 exactly where we created a 1-off custom of the identical style to function on the packaging,” the organization wrote on Instagram.
“Many discussions and lots of hard work later, we’ve finally finished and Al has been the definition of patient, friendly and cool to work with.”
Trap Toys have turned many rappers into action figures more than the years, like Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Busta Rhymes, Biggie, 2Pac, 50 Cent, Eazy-E, Conway The Machine and numerous other people.
