Cavallari shared her perspective on relationships during an episode of her podcast, Let’s Be Honest, in November. She stated that at this stage in her life, if she senses that something is missing or not right in a relationship, she won’t waste her precious time or energy on it. The Laguna Beach alum revealed that she is “very quick to end things” if a romantic connection doesn’t resonate with her values and desires.

While some of her friends think she may be a bit too swift in her judgment of potential partners, Cavallari believes in the importance of decisiveness. After all, who has the time to linger in uncertainty? She prefers to engage in mature discussions, asserting, “I’d rather just be an adult and have an adult conversation,” explaining that she values clarity and closure. “So that’s done,” she confidently stated, reinforcing her approach.

As a devoted mother to her three children — sons Camden, 12, and Jaxon, 10, along with daughter Saylor, 9, from her previous marriage to Jay Cutler — Cavallari made it clear that she wasn’t actively seeking new relationships. Following her recent breakup with Mark Estes in September, which lasted for seven months, she was focusing on her family and personal growth.

However, as the year came to a close, Cavallari hinted at new beginnings, revealing that she had started dating once more. She mentioned seeing a 40-year-old retired professional athlete, though she chose to keep his identity under wraps for now, adding an element of intrigue to her romantic life.
