Christian McCaffrey is shutting down beef claims with Cam Newton. 

The former Carolina Panthers quarterback—who performed alongside Christian from 2017 to 2019 and 2021—not too long ago made waves for complaining he was not invited to the operating again’s June 29 marriage ceremony to Olivia Culpo. 

“Damn CMAC, I couldn’t get an invite,” Cam Newton advised co host Omari Collins as he checked out pictures from Christian’s massive day within the July 10 podcast clip. “Typical CMAC looking like f–king James Bond. I wanted to be there, bro. From that photograph it looked like they needed some color in that motherf–ker anyway.”

The 35-year-old continued to jokingly play up his resentment towards not getting an invitation. 

“Do I come off as angry?” Cam joked. “Finally. Like, I’m really bitter. Now somebody can say, ‘you look like your bitter bro,’ I am bitter. Well, congratulations Olivia McCaffrey and Christian.”

This caught the eye of Christian who recounted a dialog he had at his marriage ceremony with one other Panthers alum, Greg Olsen.
