Justin Baldoni Addresses ‘Friction’ on ‘It Ends with Us’ Set
Justin Baldoni, the director and co-star of <em>It Ends With Us</em>, is the primary concerned within the manufacturing to handle the rumored tensions that supposedly occurred behind-the-scenes.
In a brand new interview, the 40-year-old director and actor shared that one of many greatest challenges he confronted on the movie was “navigating personalities.”

He informed Elle UK, “It’s very challenging to act and direct, and especially with a project like this. There was a lot of pressure playing such a complex role like Ryle and, of course, as a filmmaker, you’re always navigating personalities.”
Justin continued, “There are all these things that happen every day on set, there’s always friction that happens when you make a movie like this. Then at the end of the day, it’s that friction, I believe, that creates the beautiful art. Everything in life needs friction to grow. And look, we created something so beautiful and so magical, and it was hard, and it was worth it at the same time. And I grew so much as both a filmmaker, an actor and as a person throughout this experience.”
If you don’t know, Justin directed the film and in addition portrays Ryle, love curiosity to Blake‘s Lily. The film deals with some dark and triggering material, including Ryle’s home abuse. Find out if he stated he’d work with her once more.
