The entire entourage consists of just himself, three band members, and two crew members, streamlining the logistics of the show.

He elaborated on the significant differences between his solo shows and the extravagant productions of Kiss. “There are no managers, no private jets, no 20 tractor trailers, no 60-man crew, and no massive shows,” he explained. He went on to mention that the pyro effects alone for every Kiss concert could cost between $10,000 and $50,000, reflecting the enormous financial commitments required for such large-scale events.

His solo performances offer a more intimate experience, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. “It’s almost like renting some amps in a garage and inviting everyone from the neighborhood to come in,” Simmons described.
