8Ball & MJG To Be Honored With Their Own Intersection In Memphis


8Ball and MJG are set to be honored of their hometown of Memphis with their very personal intersection named after them.

On Saturday (September 28), the nook of Park Avenue and Airways Boulevardd — within the neighborhood of Orange Mound, which the duo have typically shouted out of their music — will formally grow to be 8Ball Boulevard and MJG Avenue.

In an Instagram put up, 8Ball reacted to the information writing, “Thank you Memphis. Thank you Orange Mound. The love is appreciated!

“Never got many accolades so this hit different mane you hear me. Thank you @mayorpaulyoung @duprano and everyone that made this possible.”

In 2018, the legendary duo have been inducted into the Memphis Hall of Fame, marking solely the second Hip Hop act in firm’s historical past to gather the respect.
