Krystal Evans, a Georgia mom, was embroiled in a divorce battle together with her now ex-husband, Tom Mallory. Last week, the pair’s break up was reportedly finalized. However, when Evans exited a courthouse listening to, Mallory allegedly shot her a number of instances, claiming her life.

Evans was reportedly ready for the courtroom to grant her a protecting order in opposition to Mallory. According to Carter, the order was granted on September 11. However, on September 13, Evans and Mallory attended courtroom, the place the estranged husband was reportedly set to show himself in on forgery costs.

According to the pair’s daughter, Precious Evans, a household pal requested authorities to escort the mom from the courtroom. But the request allegedly “fell on deaf ears.”
