Rick Ross and Elvis: Commonalities Explored at Graceland

Rick Ross recently took an inspiring trip to Graceland, and he was both impressed and motivated by the experience as he discovered numerous parallels between his life and that of the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. This visit not only highlighted their shared passion for music and entertainment but also showcased their dedication to their respective crafts.

Using his vibrant storytelling style, Rick Ross shared a series of videos on his Instagram Story, narrating his journey through the iconic estate. “Elvis Presley’s own Graceland is behind me,” he proclaimed in his unmistakable voice. “I just went on a tour throughout the crib. Very enlightening. Elvis was a legend, an icon.” This statement encapsulates the profound respect Ross has for Presley and the cultural impact he had on the music industry.

As he strolled toward Elvis’s private planes, named after his late daughter Lisa Marie and the famous song “Hound Dog,” Ross drew fascinating comparisons between himself and the rock legend. “As we all could see, me and Elvis had a lot of things in common. His ranch is Graceland, mine is Promise Land. I love the planes; I love he was a hustler. He was a man amongst the people,” he noted. Ross emphasized that he is “just doing something different today,” signifying his unique approach to music and lifestyle while honoring Presley’s legacy.
