While Jelly didn’t delve into specifics at the time, he later clarified his feelings during a recent conversation on the Pat McAfee Show podcast. He mentioned how the sudden accusations of devil worship were particularly jarring for him, given his strong faith and dedication to Christianity.

Reflecting on the situation, Jelly remarked, “I started getting drawn into weird stuff that made me feel weird because I’m a man of faith.” He emphasized that the notion of him being associated with evil forces was entirely unfounded. “Man, y’all really don’t know me if you think I would even … Satan runs from the name I say. You know what I mean? That’s all I’m gonna say.” His faith is an integral part of his identity, and he is determined to uphold that amidst the chaos.
