A dynamic group of 10 queens from Australia and New Zealand showcased their unique talents, all vying for the coveted title of “Down Under Drag Race Superstar.” Each contestant brought their own flair, making for a thrilling season filled with drama, artistry, and unforgettable performances.
As the competition progressed, the final four contestants emerged: Freya Armani, Lazy Susan, Mandy Boobs, and Vybe, each demonstrating exceptional skills and charisma that captivated the audience and judges alike.

This year’s crowning event took place live at an exhilarating finale viewing party hosted at Universal Sydney on Oxford Street. The event was skillfully led by Justin Hill and featured prominent figures including judge Rhys Nicholson, radio sensation Mitch Churi, and beloved Down Under alumni Art Simone, Hannah Conda, Coco Jumbo, and Minnie Cooper, creating a truly vibrant atmosphere.
So, who emerged victorious and took home the illustrious crown??
LAZY SUSAN WINS!!!
In an ecstatic statement, Lazy Susan expressed her gratitude, stating, “I’m humbled and honoured to receive the prestigious down under crown. My reign of terror shall be swift and sweaty; bow to your new lazy overlord. This drag monarchy shall last a thousand years or until I get tired of holding this sceptre. My first order of business is to invite you to the down under tour in March with the cast of season 4. Book now or feel my wrath.”
Notably, Lazy Susan becomes the second Australian queen to win the esteemed Down Under crown, following the victory of season three’s Isis Avis Loren. The winners of the initial two seasons, Kita Mean and Spankie Jackzon, hail from New Zealand, showcasing the diverse talent across the region.
