In the trailer for Summer House season nine, former cast member Danielle Olivera makes a notable appearance and raises the question of why Lindsay and her boyfriend haven’t decided to live together as they prepare to embrace parenting. This conversation adds depth to the narrative as viewers watch their lives unfold.

“I just don’t want it to feel like you’re single momming this up,” Danielle expresses, shedding light on the complexities of their living arrangements.

“During a lunch we had about a month ago, we delved deeper into the living situation, and she was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I completely understand your perspective now,’” Lindsay shared with People recently. “It’s funny because two years ago, she was telling me I was moving too fast, and now she’s encouraging me to move in before I feel ready.”

Following the birth of their daughter, Lindsay reaffirms that they still are not living together, but adds, “He has spent the night and has been by my side 24/7 for the entire past month.” This statement emphasizes the strong support system they are building as new parents.

“Even though this is technically my apartment, it serves as our base for raising our daughter. He’s brought over various essentials like clothes and toiletries, creating a shared space while balancing between my apartment and his. However, he rarely leaves me and Gemma,” she explained, showcasing the commitment they are establishing in their relationship.

“From my past experiences, especially regarding my previous relationship, I’ve learned that nothing is guaranteed. When you find out you’re pregnant early in a relationship, it’s crucial not to add unnecessary pressure on top of what a pregnancy and a child already bring—those are significant stressors that can last a lifetime,” Lindsay elaborated. “I believe in taking things one step at a time. Yes, it might seem unconventional, but I’m not looking to complicate our to-do list further.”

She mentioned that living together “is being discussed,” highlighting their openness to the idea as they navigate this new journey.

“My lease expires in June. We frequently discuss school districts and the decisions we’ll need to make regarding where we might want to enroll Gemma for school,” she added, reflecting on their future planning as a family.

Fans can look forward to watching Lindsay’s pregnancy journey unfold when Summer House season nine premieres in February on Bravo. Discover the new cast members that will join the series here!
