Hilaria Baldwin Clarifies Misunderstanding Following Red Carpet Interview Backlash
The founder of Yoga Vida, Hilaria Baldwin, along with her husband, Alec Baldwin, has taken a stand to address the controversy that arose from their recent red carpet interview. During this interview, Hilaria appeared to reprimand Alec for interrupting her, which sparked a wave of criticism on social media platforms. The couple decided to directly confront the situation by sharing a lighthearted video on Hilaria’s Instagram account on March 19. In this video, they were seen lounging in bed together, playfully lip-syncing to an audio clip from the interview to add humor to the situation.
As the playful video concluded, Hilaria turned to Alec and asked, “And that is called, what’s the word of the day?” This prompted Alec, known for his role in 30 Rock, to humorously respond with “Manterrupting.” Hilaria went on to explain that this term could represent both a “positive” or “negative” scenario, or even a case of “correctile dysfunction.” She emphasized that the essence of their relationship involves frequent interruptions, not just between them, but also from their children.
While they filmed this amusing video, the couple’s lively household was evident, as one of their seven children—Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 4, María Lucía, 4, and Ilaria, 2—could be heard knocking on their bedroom door and calling out for “mommy.” This led Hilaria to quip with a smile, “I think that’s one of our children trying to get in,” highlighting the joyful chaos that comes with parenting a large family.
