Insights into the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office Autopsy Report for Young Scooter, A.K.A. Kenneth Bailey
On Tuesday, April 1, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office disclosed Bailey’s official autopsy report. The findings indicated that both the date of injury and the date of death for the rapper were recorded as March 28, 2025. The autopsy itself was conducted the following day, Saturday, March 29, providing critical details about his tragic end.
The report explicitly identified the cause of death as a “Penetrating injury of the right thigh,” categorizing the manner of death as an “accident.” This classification has significant implications for understanding the circumstances surrounding the event.
“Comment: Mr. Bailey sustained a penetrating injury of his right thigh that resulted in significant blood loss. It is crucial to note that this injury was not caused by a gunshot wound. Mr. Bailey injured himself on organic (wooden) fencing material and/or woody debris after vaulting over at least one fence,” the autopsy report clarifies.
This official statement comes in the wake of misleading information circulating on social media, particularly from Young Thug’s X account, which falsely suggested that the rapper had been shot.
Additionally, the Atlanta Police Department provided a response to both the recent updates and Thug’s tweet, aiming to clarify the situation.
“The Atlanta Police Department is aware of the inaccurate comments and social media posts that have surfaced regarding the death of Kenneth Bailey. While we recognize the grief many feel due to his passing, it is essential to clarify that our officers did not discharge their firearms nor apply any force against Mr. Bailey,” they affirmed.
Social Media Revelations: A Woman’s Admission Regarding the 911 Call That Preceded His Passing
On the same day, April 1, a woman known online as Demi Blanco captured attention on social media. Around noon, she announced via her Instagram Story, “I’m going live to tell the truth at 1 pm.” This statement stirred considerable intrigue among her followers and the public.
Subsequently, footage from Blanco’s apparent livestream went viral, particularly on X, previously known as Twitter. In a clip shared by @KollegeKidd, Blanco seemingly acknowledges making the 911 call that preceded Young Scooter’s unfortunate death.
“There’s a reaction for every action. This is part A; you guys didn’t have part A,” she explains to her audience. “You only had part B and the narrative — it appears as if I was trying to set this man up because you don’t have part B. I’m here to provide part B — I’m revealing what led up to the call.”
As the livestream progresses, Blanco claims she was “physically abused,” yet she refrains from specifying by whom, leaving viewers curious and concerned about the circumstances.
“So I called to protect myself — that’s the issue. That’s part A,” she elaborates. “I never intended for anyone to get hurt. I was the one who was being hurt. I’m here to share my truth… At the end of the day, I’m a woman, and I’ve experienced physical abuse multiple times!”

In another clip shared by Instagram user @absolutejusticenow, Blanco claimed that she was beaten by someone associated with Scooter and expressed fear for her safety. Furthermore, she insisted that she “didn’t know” Scooter was present at the location when she initiated the 911 call.
Notably, reports from Kollege Kidd indicate that Demi Blanco previously appeared on Zeus’ ‘Baddies’ reality series, adding another layer of public interest to her narrative.
Critical Updates on Young Scooter’s Passing and the Controversial 911 Call
As previously reported by The Shade Room, the news of Young Scooter’s passing emerged on his 39th birthday, Friday, March 28. Initial reports indicated he had been fleeing from a residence and had jumped over multiple fences, ultimately sustaining a fatal injury to one of his legs.
Earlier this week, the Atlanta Police Department released the audio recording of the 911 call made just moments before Scooter’s tragic passing. In that call, a woman claimed to have witnessed another “girl” being assaulted by a man during an ongoing “domestic dispute.”
“I believe the girl was hurt — she was bleeding profusely — blood everywhere,” the caller stated, adding urgency to the situation.
However, during a press conference on Saturday, March 29, the police clarified that the purported injured girl was not found when officers arrived at the scene.
“We have not been able to substantiate any of that,” an officer noted during the briefing. “This information is also a part of our ongoing investigation.”
The police urged anyone with additional information regarding the 911 call to “submit a tip anonymously to the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-TIPS (8477), online at www.StopCrimeAtl.org, or by texting CSGA and the tip to CRIMES (738477).”
“Individuals do not need to provide their name or any identifying details to be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000,” the department emphasized.
