Big Boi Brings Out Rico Wade’s Children At Atlanta Braves Game
Big Boi paid homage to the late Dungeon Family producer Rico Wade throughout his ceremonial first pitch at an Atlanta Braves sport this week.
The OutKast rapper introduced alongside Wade’s two sons for his time on the mound throughout the Braves’ house sport towards the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday (August 6).
“One time for the Wade Boys !!!” Big wrote in an Instagram publish after the sport. “Throwing out the 1st pitch at the @braves game in honor of Their Father Rico Wade. @ryderwadedf @ricowadedf1 #LongLiveRicoWade #DungeonFamily”

Rico Wade handed away in April on the age of 52 on account of coronary heart failure.
In May, André 3000 turned emotional on stage whereas reminiscing about his late good friend and collaborator throughout his efficiency on the Atlanta Jazz Festival.
“The last time we were here, we did a residency about five, six shows, and Rico Wade showed up,” he mentioned to the gang. “Now, one thing y’all don’t know about Rico, Rico Wade…”

There were times where I would say a rap to Rico in his ears, and he would walk off like, ‘That ain’t good enough.’ So just for a moment, I want y’all to make some noise for King Rico.”

“Dungeon Family all day,” he added. “I wouldn’t be here on this stage or able to do any of this. I wouldn’t have the confidence to do any of this if it weren’t for Dungeon Family. They raised me.
“My family taught me how to dream. Taught me how to dream and go for it. Big Boi taught me how to dream, get at it and go for it. The Dungeon was the grounds for a lot of things. Our entire thing was to keep pushing, keep stretching out.”
In June, a number of Dungeon Family representatives reunited for a cookout in Atlanta to have fun Wade’s legacy.
The group, which included Big Boi, André, Killer Mike, Sleepy Brown and most of Goodie Mob, gathered at Wade’s outdated household house, generally known as the Dungeon, the place the crew recorded their earliest work.
