After Baylee took the stage to perform his original track titled “Waiting On Myself To Die,” he earned high praise from the new judge and former Idol winner, Carrie Underwood. Additionally, Luke Bryan encouraged Baylee to invite his dad to join him for a memorable performance!

“You’re really good, like, really good,” Carrie enthusiastically remarked. “I absolutely loved your song, and I know it’s a risk when contestants choose to perform their own material.
