On Wednesday, November 6, Boosie took to X, formerly known as Twitter, tagging Trump’s official account with a detailed message outlining his requests:
“@realDonaldTrump CAN U PARDON ME ON MY FED CASE? I’m a NON-VIOLENT FELON. THE COURTS RULED THAT a NON-VIOLENT CANNOT BE CHARGED WITH A 922g. THE JUDGE DISMISSED MY CASE BUT THE RULING HAS BEEN APPEALED…”
As reported previously by The Shade Room, Boosie faced arrest on federal gun charges following a court appearance for a different gun case in June 2023. In July 2024, the rapper expressed an emotional sentiment after new federal charges against him were dismissed, according to The Shade Room.
However, shortly thereafter, the case appeared to be reopened when a prosecutor introduced new charges against him, as highlighted by The Shade Room.
“…SO ONCE AGAIN I WAS INDICTED, AND I’M FIGHTING THIS CASE,” Boosie continued in his tweet. “THIS IS THE EXACT CASE of US VS DUARTE THAT WAS RULED UNCONSTITUTIONAL…”
Before wrapping up his tweet, Boosie added another significant request aimed at Trump.
“…oh one more thing can you sit down with me and discuss U GIVING POLICE immunity? I BELIEVE THIS WILL ENCOURAGE OFFICERS TO ENGAGE IN DEADLY CRIMES. ‘PLEASE DON’T DO THIS.’ Anyway, congratulations on your win; LET’S MAKE MONEY AND REDUCE THESE TAXES; ‘st is killing me,” the rapper elaborated.
