Elvis Presley’s Granddaughter Fights Graceland Auction
Danielle Riley Keough, granddaughter of Elvis Presley, is battling the court-authorized auction of Presley’s renowned Graceland mansion in Tennessee.
Keough, an actress, acquired command of the mansion, as efficiently as substantially of her grandfather’s estate, soon after the 2023 passing of her mom, Lisa Marie Presley. Keough has submitted a match alleging that the creditor guiding the mansion’s foreclosure declare employed strong signatures.
Back in 2018, Lisa Marie Presley entered a deed of trust and secured a $3.8 million individual loan with Graceland as collateral. It was taken out via Naussany Investments and Non-public Lending, but Keough’s new suit claims that not only did her mom in no way give her signature for these documents, the loan’s notary basic public failed to notarize them and the creditor company doesn’t exist.
“These documents are fraudulent,” Keough’s lawsuit states (via CNN). “Lisa Marie Presley never ever borrowed revenue from Naussany Investments and never gave a deed of belief to Naussany Investments. … [Naussany Investments] seems to be a untrue entity developed for the goal of defrauding.”

Elvis Presley Enterprises, the entity that manages Graceland, place out the following statement: “Elvis Presley Enterprises can validate that these promises are fraudulent. There is no foreclosures sale. Only place, the counter lawsuit [that] has been submitted is to end the fraud.”
Naussany Investments has not responded to the go nicely with. A hearing in regards to Keough’s claim is scheduled for Wednesday, just just a single functioning day prior to the scheduled auction.
