Among the titles mentioned are Euphoria, The White Lotus, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and several others that have kept audiences eagerly awaiting their return.

Mark your calendars as the third season of The White Lotus is set to premiere first, with Perrette announcing its highly anticipated return in February 2025. Following that, fans can look forward to the second season of The Last of Us, which is scheduled to debut in spring 2025. This will be closely followed by the launch of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms in the summer of the same year. However, sources from Variety suggest that this Game of Thrones prequel might ultimately be positioned as a “fourth-quarter title.” This news is sure to keep fans buzzing with excitement!

Unfortunately, the wait for the third season of Euphoria will be longer than anticipated, as the critically acclaimed series is not expected to hit screens until 2026. Production for Euphoria season 3 is slated to kick off in January 2025. Despite some rumors suggesting a further delay, HBO’s president Casey Bloys reassured fans last month that everything remains on course. “We are shooting Euphoria,” Bloys confirmed. “I believe we have a start date set for mid to late January. Nothing has changed. Someone mentioned something online, and it sparked unnecessary speculation. We are actively producing the season. I have reviewed the scripts, and we are pleased with the direction. All cast members are confirmed to return.“

Looking further into the future, Perrette has hinted at a possible delay for the eagerly awaited Harry Potter television series. Initially, the series was slated for a 2026 launch, but it may be pushed back to 2027. “As we plan for ’26 and into ’27, we are embarking on a 10-year journey with the ‘Harry Potter’ series, which we are incredibly excited about,” Perrette stated. “I’d argue this could become the most significant event by the time we reach that series.” This revelation has sparked even more anticipation among fans of the beloved franchise.

The casting process for the Harry Potter TV series is officially underway, with an open call issued for children residing in the U.K. and Ireland. Those who will be aged between 9 and 11 by April 2025 are encouraged to audition for the iconic roles of Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger. “We are dedicated to inclusive and diverse casting practices,” the casting notice emphasizes. “For every role, we invite submissions from qualified performers, without regard to ethnicity, gender, disability, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected status unless explicitly specified.“ This commitment to diversity is a positive step forward for the series.
