During the live broadcast that took place on Wednesday night (December 4) on NBC, the 65-year-old rapper took to X, previously known as Twitter, to express his frustration, claiming he was removed from the celebratory event.

He further elaborated, stating, “At the same time… their social media representative approached me, asking if they could capture some social content.” Expressing his confusion, he questioned, “What did I ever do to NBC or anyone?? all I ever do is try to spread joy and love… and I believe I accomplished that for NBC during the Olympics.”
The renowned member of Public Enemy concluded his message by reflecting on his memorable appearances at the 2024 Paris Olympics, which were also broadcast on NBC.
Flavor Flav then added, “I deleted the tweet, but my spirit is broken.”
