The beloved Downton Abbey franchise is set to make a grand return with its final chapter, titled The Grand Finale, scheduled for this fall, generating immense excitement among fans! In a recent interview with Metro about her role in the Paramount+ crime drama MobLand, featuring Tom Hardy, Froggatt discussed Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale, hinting that the film will restore the essence of Downton. She remarked:

Earlier this year, while promoting her role in Flight Risk, Michelle Dockery also shared her thoughts on Downton Abbey 3, describing it as a heartfelt “real tribute” to the late Dame Maggie Smith. In an exclusive interview with Collider’s Steve Weintraub, Dockery expressed:
“It’s a beautiful film. For us, it was such a treat to come back together again. It truly pays homage to Maggie Smith, the film.”
