In this emotional post, Eschbach revealed that he needs to prioritize his health, although he did not go into specific details regarding his situation. He expressed, “As everyone knows, it?s been an intense four years in the world and within The Black Dahlia Murder. All of this has forced me to take a hard look in the mirror and re-evaluate my approach to life and focus on my health. I want to extend my gratitude to my friends, family, and bandmates for their unwavering love and support. I eagerly anticipate seeing all of you at Sonic Temple and Welcome To Rockville this spring,” Eschbach shared.

I have recently parted ways with The Black Dahlia Murder.

I am incredibly grateful for my nine years spent with this iconic band and for the rare honor of creating music alongside the legendary Trevor Strnad. I take great pride in my contributions to the band?s legacy and all we have achieved together.

However, the time has come for me to close this chapter and embrace the next.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to the fans for their immense support over the years, and I wish the band all the best in their future endeavors.
