In an exclusive clip from the new season, we witness Dedrick engaging with Pamola Powell, the brilliant mind behind the interior design of his Hideoki Bespoke studio. Their dynamic collaboration exemplifies the fusion of style and functionality that characterizes their work.
“When I built Hideoki, it wasn’t solely about the clothing,” Dedrick explains passionately. “It was more about fostering camaraderie, gathering the right friends, and establishing a foundation where people can come together to network and connect. That’s truly the essence of what Hideoki represents.”
Pamola complements his vision while providing insights into how the aesthetic of the space was brought to life. “Dedrick quickly adapted to contemporary furniture styles. This project wasn’t just a matter of throwing money at it,” she elaborates. “While he did invest significantly, our approach involved sourcing most of the furniture from secondary design market sites, ensuring we achieved an authentic look without sacrificing quality.”
This evening’s episode, titled “Evoking A Feeling,” promises to be a thought-provoking exploration of design and emotion. Below is a brief overview of what to expect.
Dedrick introduces Justin to Pamola Powell, the talented interior designer who played a pivotal role in crafting the enchanting Hideoki studio, a space that serves as his creative sanctuary. Justin also unveils Michelle’s newly designed office, illustrating how the character of a room can profoundly influence both our emotions and our experiences.
