Kenny’s cousin Henry Legislation shared with TMZ that the beloved third-generation distiller from Virginia passed away in a local hospital on Tuesday. He had been facing numerous challenging health issues over the past several years, which ultimately led to his untimely demise.
As Henry elaborated, Kenny had been struggling with heart issues for quite some time, having suffered a heart attack back in 2024. Additionally, he battled diabetes, which played a significant role in his ongoing health battles and made recovery even more challenging.

According to Henry, Kenny’s body simply succumbed after fighting against both the infection and his underlying health conditions. His strength and resilience were evident, but ultimately, the toll was too great.
