EXPLORE MOANA’S JOURNEY WITH NEW CHARACTERS: While I wasn’t initially enamored with the first film, I approach Disney Animation with an open heart. In Moana 2, the protagonist Moana, voiced once again by the talented Auli’i Cravalho, ventures out to discover new islands inhabited by humans. Accompanied by Maui, portrayed by Dwayne Johnson, they face the challenge of uniting an entire island community. Their dynamic interactions bring a fresh energy compared to the original film, which heavily relied on Maui’s character.

His limited singing in just one song might actually be beneficial, allowing the narrative to shine without overshadowing the story’s emotional core.
