Recently, musician Matthew Koma, who is married to Hilary Duff, initiated a GoFundMe campaign for Goldsmith’s brother Griffin and his wife Kit, who are expecting their first child shortly. This initiative underscores the community’s efforts to rally support in the wake of tragedy.

After Moore shared the GoFundMe link on her own Instagram, she faced a wave of criticism from followers. Simultaneously, Pratt encountered his own share of backlash for how he has utilized his platform since losing his home, prompting both to respond to the public’s reactions.

In a TikTok video, he began by expressing gratitude to Moore, recalling a past incident when she helped him book a hotel in New York for his first trip, showcasing their connection and support for each other.

Responding to the backlash, he added, “If I see another TikTok about Mandy Moore and GoFundMes, I’m going to start coming after you guys. You want beef with your worst nightmare, which is me right now? You post about Mandy Moore. I’ll ride for Mandy Moore.”
