Exciting news is on the horizon as a groundbreaking new large-scale structure is set to make its debut at Coachella 2025.
In an innovative partnership with Red Bull, the festival will unveil the Red Bull Mirage, a multi-level, expansive 20,000 square-foot installation strategically positioned directly across from the acclaimed Quasar stage. The lineup for this exciting event was announced today, March 17. Below, you can explore exclusive renderings of the stunning Red Bull Mirage.
The Quasar stage will showcase two distinct and electrifying lineups throughout both weekends of Coachella 2025. During the first weekend, on Friday, April 11, The Martinez Brothers will perform back-to-back with Loco Dice; on Saturday, April 12, Barry Can’t Swim will rock the stage alongside 2ManyDJs and Salute; and finally, on Sunday, April 13, the legendary Tiësto will take the stage.
Moving to the second weekend, deadmau5 will perform under his Testpilot alias alongside Zhu on Friday, April 18; Kaskade will deliver a redux set with Idris on Saturday, April 19; and Alesso will present one of his house-oriented Body Hi sets with Gorgon City closing out the weekend on Sunday, April 20.
Located adjacent to the Quasar stage, the Red Bull Mirage will provide a vibrant social hub for festival-goers across all ticket tiers. General admission attendees will have access to bars, engaging activations, and shaded areas to relax. The first level of the structure promises a premier dining experience, with more details to be announced soon. The second level will be an exclusive, invite-only loft space designated for artists, industry professionals, and media representatives. The top level will serve as a private retreat for artists and their guests, offering stunning views of the Quasar stage and the expansive polo field beyond.
The Quasar stage made its impressive debut at Coachella 2024, hosting extended dance and electronic sets that captivated audiences. This stage quickly became a fan favorite, drawing massive crowds for performances that often exceeded three hours, featuring unique back-to-back DJ pairings. The introduction of the Red Bull Mirage this year signifies Coachella‘s commitment to enhancing and investing in the long-term future of this dynamic stage.
When announcing the Quasar stage last year, Jenn Yacoubian, Executive Vice President of Goldenvoice, described it as “a stage where we can book talent in a way that we haven’t been able to in the past. We’re approaching it as a traditional DJ stage, aiming to give audiences the opportunity to experience longer format DJ sets that engage and entertain.”
