<em>The New York Times</em> is taking a stand in response to Justin Baldoni’s substantial lawsuit.

Recently, the esteemed news organization published an investigative piece following Blake Lively’s allegations against her 40-year-old co-star and director from It Ends With Us. In her legal filing, she accused him of sexual harassment and claimed that he initiated a damaging smear campaign against her.

Shortly thereafter, on Tuesday (December 31), Justin escalated the situation by filing a staggering $250 million libel lawsuit against The New York Times. He alleges that the publication “cherry-picked” statements and altered communications, removing essential context to mislead readers and distort the narrative.

Coinciding with Justin’s lawsuit against The New York Times, Blake, 37, also formally initiated her own lawsuit against Justin, which is based on the allegations detailed in her earlier complaint.
