In recent videos shared by The Shade Room from LiveBitez, the talented actress effectively shut down individuals who labeled her son as “pale” and “too white.” She took the opportunity to educate her audience, emphasizing that newborns do not immediately display their complete skin tone. It’s essential to understand that skin color can take time to develop.
“Just because a baby is [a] month, two months, even three months… that does not mean the melanin has fully kicked in. Additionally, some babies are simply light-skinned, which is completely acceptable!” Jackson expressed in the video.
Skai further elaborated, stating that “the skin color of a newborn should not be a topic of concern for anyone.” She described such comments as “the dumbest thing she’s ever encountered.” Furthermore, Jackson explained that this negative feedback is precisely why she chooses not to share images of her son online and has no plans to do so. Although she typically ignores public opinions about herself, she finds it particularly cruel to criticize an innocent child.
“People really need to stop making comments about other people’s children because it’s not right, and I’m sure they wouldn’t appreciate it if it were done to them!” Jackson asserted.
