Chained Saint had been fashioned in 2022 by 4 highschool teenagers — Sean Sterling (vocals), Ethan Kahn (guitar) Sebastian De Avila (bass) and Cameron Cottrell (drums).

The group’s uncooked and old style sound even caught the eye of Alice In Chains frontman William DuVall, who labored with Chained Saint and produced their debut album, Blindside.

With an apparent affinity for ’80s legends akin to Slayer and Metallica, the group’s retro fashion has an added presence because of its analog recording (sure, a band of youngsters tracked on tapes!). Chained Saint even vow that no computer systems had been concerned in any respect.

It’s definitely an announcement of intent, remaining devoted to the tried and true sound of thrash’s childhood, whereas retaining a watchful eye on some trendy acts within the scene as nicely.
