Virginia Giuffre, the Accuser of Prince Andrew and Victim Advocate, Claims She Has “Days to Live” Following a Serious Car Accident
Virginia Giuffre is bravely stepping forward to share her personal story amidst challenging circumstances.
The 41-year-old woman, who has been identified as an alleged victim of the notorious convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, reached a settlement in her sexual abuse case against Prince Andrew in 2022, despite his persistent denials of any wrongdoing. Recently, she has faced allegations regarding a breach of a family violence restraining order, with a crucial hearing scheduled for April 9, according to records obtained by E! News.
In light of these accusations, Virginia has firmly denied any wrongdoing regarding the restraining order that was recently issued by her estranged husband, Robert Giuffre.
A representative for Virginia—who recently revealed that she has only days to live due to complications from injuries sustained in a serious car accident—provided a statement to E! News on April 2, expressing, “Virginia looks forward to defending herself against these malicious claims.”
Furthermore, Virginia’s representative disclosed her deep concerns regarding the well-being of her and Robert’s three teenage children during this difficult time of hospitalization, emphasizing, “Virginia continues to be hospitalized in serious condition, and her thoughts are with her children.”
E! News has reached out to Robert for his comments on the situation but has not yet received a response.
