Totisonna sparked dialog on Instagram after sharing a video of human assets firing her from her job.

Shelly from human assets begins the interplay by addressing Totsionna’s absenteeism and tardiness. Human assets continues by itemizing dates when she repeatedly arrived late for work.

During the termination dialog, Totsionna defined to human assets what she believed have been legitimate causes for her tardiness.
